Patricia L. LaTulippe and Richard Hincks joined forces establishing their law firm in the Fall of 2010. Although a new firm, both Patricia and Rick have been law partners and practiced together for years while at Nielsen and Senior. An attorney since 1990, Ms. LaTulippe has devoted her practice to personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability including class actions, family law and general litigation. Ms. LaTulippe has handled more than 800 cases involving accidents and personal injury. She has assisted numerous clients in obtaining awards and settlements. Ms. LaTulippe has been actively involved in different mass tort litigation since 1994. She has assisted hundreds of claimants in class action litigation against various manufacturers for damages resulting from defective products.

At Nielsen and Senior, Patricia served as a board member and corporate secretary from 2005 through 2010. Originally from Ogden, Utah, Ms. LaTulippe moved to Salt Lake City in the mid 1970s and received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1986. She was a teacher for a short period of time. She went back to school and obtained her juris doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, graduating in 1990.

Ms. LaTulippe continues to maintain a law practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and general litigation. In addition to handling divorce cases in the capacity of an attorney, Ms. LaTulippe has developed a program/company including a website, webinars and live seminars throughout Utah to educate people about Utah divorce law. She firmly believes that Information is power. By providing education and referrals, Ms. LaTulippe's goal is to help those facing divorce save money and find the resources they need such as online documents, mediators, custody evaluators, and attorneys.

A Utah native, and currently a resident of Salt Lake, Ms. LaTulippe is presently a member of the Utah Bar Association, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women. She has volunteered her time in the Guardian ad Litem program to assist children.
